You possess a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or hold a technician qualification with several years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, or equivalent education. You have knowledge of key quality methodologies (e.g., 8D report, SPC, FMEA, APQP, MSA test planning). You are experienced in the preparation and submission of PPAP/PPF documentation according to standard automotive guidelines (e.g., AIAG, VDA). You have experience in material, component, and functional testing, particularly in the context of sample submissions and laboratory investigations. Additionally, you have expertise in measurement equipment management following automotive standards (procuring, maintaining CAQ systems, coordinating calibrations, ensuring measurement capability such as MSA, and maintaining traceable measurement documentation). You enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders (customers and suppliers).

As a vital member of our team, you will ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction through timely and independent handling and monitoring of quality processes in collaboration with the Head of Quality Assurance/Laboratory Manager. Your duties will include quality assurance for new projects, maintaining and improving quality standards, conducting initial samples, managing complaints, performing process reviews, and nurturing customer relationships through visits. You will collaborate with all departments within the Frankfurt facility, track quality-related metrics, and lead internal and external process and product audits.
