Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and battery replacements.
Vehicle Inspections: Carry out multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
Service Excellence: Provide high-quality service to customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced accurately and promptly.
Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a tidy, safe, and organized workspace.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including services rendered, parts utilized, and additional recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure a seamless workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers occasionally to explain services performed and address any inquiries they may have.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role is preferred, with training available for the right candidate.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure all services meet the highest quality standards.
Work Ethic: A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and a dedication to continuous improvement and learning.
