Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the RAC sector, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Expand and oversee a multi-channel sales network, including Key Accounts (KA) and offline channels.
- Lead the development of JD offline stores in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, alongside local retail chains and top-tier decoration companies.
- Manage the expansion and operation of JD and Tmall Youpin offline franchise stores in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities.
- Enhance the newly launched SHT self-operated sales channel, ensuring its seamless integration with existing Key Account channels (Hisense Hitachi and Achiilic Hitachi).
- Meet annual sales objectives and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor movements, providing insights to refine channel strategies.
- Guarantee the highest standards of execution and cultivate strong customer relationships across all sales channels.
