Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Master's degree and a valid Connecticut teaching license with endorsement 102 or eligibility for licensure in Connecticut.Certification or formal training in Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or another multisensory structured reading approach.A minimum of two years of experience in supporting students with literacy or language-based learning differences.Familiarity with the IEP process, progress monitoring, and data-driven instructional planning.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach conducive to a small team environment.
