Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Development Department:Conduct legal due diligence on real estate properties, land plots, and premises to evaluate their suitability for quick-service restaurant operations.Collaborate with landlords on lease agreements for restaurant locations:Assess contract terms for tenant risks and offer balanced, compromise-based solutions;Draft, negotiate, and review commercial lease agreements for properties and land;Lead negotiations, propose amendments/addendums, and manage lease terminations;Oversee pre-litigation claim procedures;Represent the company in negotiations with landlords and other parties.Register long-term lease agreements with the land registry as legally required.Draft and negotiate construction contracts for restaurant development.Develop and customize standard lease templates and related agreements (preliminary leases, long-term leases, agency agreements, utility service contracts, etc.).Participate in developing internal procedures relevant to functional responsibilities.Prepare legal opinions upon management request and undertake additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
