Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries at the loading dock, ensuring the accuracy and quality of goods.
• Log and organize all purchase orders, receiving records, and related paperwork.
• Maintain an ongoing inventory of general storeroom supplies and fulfill requisitions as needed.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing UPS and FedEx packages for hotel operations and guests.
• Properly store received goods in designated areas and assist in organizing storerooms.
• Distribute invoices to division heads for review, coding, and signing.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to expedite late deliveries or resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage recycling, waste, and cooking oil disposal; arrange pickups as needed.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team with end-of-month inventory tasks.
• Help the Housekeeping team by transporting linen carts and maintaining supply flow.
• Support banquet and meeting space setups, including load-ins and move-outs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
