Join our dedicated team at Clean Earth as a Receiving Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in our mission to collect, sort, process, and ship materials that would otherwise contribute to waste. This position involves precise record-keeping in a highly regulated industry, ensuring that all materials’ movement through our facility is documented accurately—from incoming truck deliveries to outbound shipments.
- Review manifests and bills of lading for inbound deliveries to ensure accuracy.
- Input data into our computerized tracking database, identifying all incoming waste streams.
- Prepare documentation to meet regulatory compliance requirements.
- Generate shipping paperwork and labels for our operations team.
- Integrate information from manifests, bills of lading, processing forms, check-in sheets, and customer profiles.
- Enter mandatory waste tracking information into the database.
- Maintain records of customer information to ensure compliance with program objectives.
- Manage computer files, logbooks, and other records efficiently.
- Prepare manifest and land disposal restriction forms and maintain relevant filing systems.
- Create and edit various reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Provide clerical support, including reception duties, phone coverage, word processing, office supply management, computer user support, and mail distribution.
The starting pay for this position is $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
