Portico is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reception Manager to lead our established front-of-house team located on the ground floor of a multi-occupied building in London, for a one-year maternity cover contract.
This pivotal leadership role encompasses supervising the front-of-house operations and ensuring that every client and visitor receives an outstanding experience. Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, operations, and on-site teams, the Reception Manager will manage projects, monitor timelines, and introduce innovative enhancements to our service delivery. The role demands adept problem-solving skills, the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm
