About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist and Office Administrator to join our Chicago office. This role encompasses front-of-house responsibilities as well as a primary focus on administrative and operational tasks, contributing significantly to our office's operational success.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations, providing essential support to internal teams, and managing office needs in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Strong judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize administrative tasks alongside professional front-of-house duties are essential. This is a fully in-person role, requiring five days a week of on-site presence.
