We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Commercial Advisor to join a rapidly growing service company within the aesthetics and wellness sector.
This role is a vital combination of customer service, service sales, and operational coordination at the location, playing a key part in enhancing the customer experience and achieving the commercial objectives of the branch.
Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized assistance to clients both in-person and digitally.
• Offer guidance on services and treatments with a strong focus on conversion.
• Conduct active sales, follow up on inquiries, and reconnect with potential clients.
• Manage booking schedules and ensure smooth daily operations of the location.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and cash handling.
• Ensure a consistent, professional, and quality service experience.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service and/or service sales (preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or services).
• A commercial profile, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Residency in proximity to the workplace.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in consultative selling.
• Skills in commercial follow-up and customer loyalty.
• A willingness to learn and pursue professional growth.
Position Details:
• Work Schedule: Part-Time, 36 hours per week. Option to choose between morning or afternoon shifts.
o Morning Shift: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2:30 PM.
o Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM and Saturdays from 2:30 PM to 8 PM.
