Your Role:Welcome our guests with a genuine smile – in person, over the phone, or via email.Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with confidence and a service-oriented approach.Be the local expert on Stuttgart, providing recommendations on events, restaurants, and attractions.Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.Stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions when things don’t go as planned.Your Profile:Training in hospitality or prior experience at a reception desk.Proficient in German and English.Enjoy engaging with people and collaborating within a team.Demonstrate responsibility, reliability, and presentable appearance.A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a desire to develop your skills.
