About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join Semgrep at a pivotal moment in our expansion. Your primary focus will be on supporting our marketing and sales functions (GTM), with the potential to assist other departments as business needs arise. Regardless of which hiring manager you collaborate with, your mission will be to identify and attract exceptional talent who share our passion and contribute to our growth.
As a Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner who authentically represents the Semgrep brand, utilizing data and contemporary tools to inform effective hiring decisions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop evidence-based recruitment strategies, ensuring our hiring practices are strategic rather than merely expedient, while maintaining a genuine human connection in every candidate interaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow recruiters, exchanging market insights and innovative methods as we advance together.
This position is expected to be based at our San Francisco office, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days a week.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Managing the full recruitment cycle with a primary emphasis on GTM roles, while supporting other teams as necessary.
Creating and implementing sourcing strategies that enhance the candidate pipeline.
