Join our innovative fintech client as a Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco, where you'll play a crucial role in streamlining the hiring process. This onsite contract position is expected to last for six months, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate around 100 interviews per week, ensuring an optimal experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Oversee and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, promptly addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers and the recruitment team to align on hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities as necessary.
- Coordinate phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews effectively.
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate resumes, and other essential materials to interviewers.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including paperwork coordination and orientation scheduling.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards throughout the recruitment process.
