We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager, Sourcing to lead a talented team of sourcers in developing exceptional top-of-funnel pipelines for both business and technical roles. The sourcing team plays a pivotal role in our most critical and challenging searches, ensuring we hire with the speed and quality necessary to support business needs. In this position, you will work closely with Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to design sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and foster a high-performing sourcing team. This is a unique opportunity to influence how Headway attracts, engages, and hires top talent while establishing systems and processes that enable high-quality hiring at scale.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing sourcing team focused on both Business and Technical pipelines.
- Set clear objectives and metrics that facilitate scalable team performance.
- Design and enhance end-to-end sourcing workflows to increase efficiency and speed while upholding high candidate standards.
- Create scalable sourcing systems, including tools, processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms that support predictable hiring at scale.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Managers to prioritize key roles and adapt top-of-funnel strategies as business needs evolve.
- Work with your team to identify and address root causes of sourcing challenges.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in recruitment and sourcing.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of developing successful sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
