Job Overview
Docketly is seeking a results-oriented Recruiting Staffing Supervisor to spearhead a team of 7–10 recruiters in a high-volume legal staffing environment. This pivotal role will focus on driving team performance, ensuring accountability to key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering the development of recruiters to consistently achieve production, quality, and margin objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively lead and manage a team of high-volume recruiters, driving daily performance.
- Facilitate production across coverage, scheduling, and fulfillment metrics.
- Own and track KPIs including placements, coverage, margin, and loss prevention.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and performance reviews to uphold accountability.
- Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed, and candidate quality.
- Monitor losses, drops, and margin adherence to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing forecasts and coverage strategies.
- Enforce approval processes for cancellations and losses.
- Enhance and scale recruiting processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Identify and nurture top performers while addressing underperformance promptly.
- Work closely with operations and account management teams.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience leading teams in high-volume recruiting or staffing environments.
- Demonstrated success in meeting ambitious production targets.
- Proven experience in coaching recruiters to enhance performance and output.
- Strong grasp of staffing metrics, margins, and loss prevention strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing KPIs and dashboards.
- Comfortable operating in high-accountability, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to balance speed with quality in recruitment processes.
- Experience in talent development and building team capabilities.
- Effective communicator with a focus on achieving results.
