Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone screenings and engage with candidates
Maintain and update candidate profiles in our online systems
Ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities using Excel
Coordinate emails, calendars, and schedules using Outlook
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
Handle incoming calls and document detailed messages
