Your Role
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define roles, identify team requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies.
Oversee the complete hiring process from initial outreach to final offer.
Develop and implement a structured, data-driven recruitment process aligned with specific role requirements and our long-term vision.
Establish and enhance a robust network of top-tier talent for future hiring needs.

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment stages.

Qualifications

Fluency in English is required.
