We are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to contribute to our recruitment efforts. While previous experience in high-volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, or HR administration is beneficial, we are committed to providing comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize innovative strategies to source, interview, and onboard top talent for our client companies.
- Oversee and manage the candidate pipeline to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Advertise, screen, and select qualified candidates while conducting all compliance-related activities prior to placement.
- Maintain effective communication with Account Managers, Operations Managers, and Shift Coordinators to ensure operational excellence and 100% order fulfillment.
- Organize job fairs and cultivate relationships with community leaders to enhance candidate attraction and experience.
- Think creatively and resourcefully to find new methodologies for attracting talent that meets our organizational needs.
