Qualifications
More than 5 years of experience in Offensive Security and Red Team activities.Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead technical cybersecurity teams.Extensive practical experience in penetration testing, exploitation, and attack simulation.At least two recognized cybersecurity certifications, such as:OSCP, OSEP, CRTP, CEH, PNPT, eCPPTv2, CPTS, CPENT, CREST, or CompTIA PenTest+.Proficient in reporting and presenting findings to stakeholders.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with enterprise clients.Familiarity with Purple Team methodologies.Background in mentoring junior security engineers.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating team efforts, setting priorities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and serving as a key technical expert. You will engage in offensive security assessments, simulating real-world attack scenarios to uncover vulnerabilities in critical systems.
Collaboration is key in this role; you will liaise with both internal stakeholders and clients, clearly communicating findings, risk exposures, and recommendations for remediation. Working closely with other security and technical teams, you will help to continuously enhance the organization’s security posture.
