The Regional Coordinator of Collection Plants is responsible for the operational coordination of the region encompassing the Sarah, Trilí, and América plants. This role involves overseeing the management of weight and quality within the plants, which includes stock control, mass balances, and monitoring quality weights. The position requires developing, implementing, and controlling procedures related to the operations of the assets under responsibility. Additionally, the Coordinator will develop and lead interdisciplinary teams in the region. Responsibilities also include generating and controlling projects and budgets (OpEx and CapEx), as well as managing corrective and preventive maintenance plans and plant downtime. The Coordinator will implement operational excellence and quality programs and lead the Collection Managers for each plant.
