Your main objective will be to equip drivers with the necessary resources and information for their assignments through prompt and accurate back-office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments: field operations, drivers, and account management.
- Utilize SMS and text communication to coordinate with drivers, ensuring alignment with schedules and expectations.
- Handle internal communication calls exclusively—no direct interaction with customers.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to proactively identify and resolve driver-related challenges.
- Review and update essential documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness, aligning with client standards.
- Track driver activities to confirm accurate milestone marking for each order.
- Input and monitor order milestones in the system to uphold visibility and accountability.
- Identify potential gaps by reviewing orders beforehand and requesting any missing details.
- Guarantee operational readiness by ensuring drivers possess all necessary documentation and instructions prior to assignments.
- Maintain current records and documentation to facilitate reporting and performance evaluations.
