As the Regional General Manager for Renuity's Southwest division, you will spearhead an expansive business venture projected to reach $130M with an impressive year-over-year growth of approximately 15%. Overseeing a dedicated team of around 550 employees across New Mexico and Texas, this role demands an experienced leader capable of full P&L responsibility, with a demonstrated history of driving business growth and enhancing both top- and bottom-line performance.
Your mission will be to cultivate a high-performing regional organization, promote operational excellence, and foster a vibrant workplace culture amidst significant organizational changes. You will capitalize on Renuity’s Centers of Excellence—including Sales, Call Center, and Operations—to ensure regional execution aligns seamlessly with national benchmarks.
Renuity has embarked on a transformative journey, consolidating multiple acquired business units, thus fostering meaningful change through the introduction of innovative systems, processes, and leadership strategies. The ideal candidate will have successfully navigated similar transitions, exhibiting a commitment to financial discipline and employee engagement.
