About the Role
Join us as the dynamic Regional Head of Public Relations at our APAC headquarters in Singapore. This pivotal role will place you at the forefront of our communications strategy for foodpanda, leading PR initiatives across ten diverse markets in the APAC region.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Spearhead and shape comprehensive PR strategies encompassing corporate, consumer, financial, and organizational communications. Collaborate closely with our diverse markets to ensure alignment with global and regional narratives.
Stakeholder & Executive Counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC leadership and senior executives, providing strategic insights on communication approaches and executive profiling. Act as a liaison between local markets, APAC leadership, and global teams, fostering collaboration across departments.
Crisis & Reputation Management: Provide expert guidance during sensitive issues, ensuring effective communication that protects and enhances foodpanda’s brand reputation.
Media Relations: Utilize established relationships with international business and tech media to elevate foodpanda’s industry standing. Proactively develop narratives that position foodpanda as a leader in delivery and tech-enabled platforms.
Content & Narrative Building: Create engaging and culturally relevant content that resonates with various stakeholders, including customers, merchants, and partners, while ensuring a consistent core message across different channels.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing PR and communications team, implementing best practices and establishing a center of excellence.
