Qualifications
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.HR Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience across multiple sites, encompassing strategic planning, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development within complex or regulated environments.Leadership: At least 5 years of experience at the director level supervising HR Business Partners or equivalent roles, with a proven track record of coaching and developing HR professionals and operational leaders, managing performance, and influencing executives.HR Knowledge & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of employment law, multi-state compliance, employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, and organizational integration. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or major change initiatives is advantageous.Project & Change Management: Proficiency in managing projects and driving change initiatives effectively.
