Your Role
As the Agent Operations Regional Lead in Bamako, you will report to the Agent Operations Lead and take charge of the acquisition and management of our agent network in the region. This role involves supervising agent openers, collaborating with administrative teams, and ensuring that operational targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with agent openers to identify new agent locations and recruit agents according to established selection criteria.
- Ensure compliance with legal and policy standards during the recruitment process, including contract execution and agent training.
- Oversee agent training and certification on all products and procedures, including KYC and AML/CTF protocols.
- Monitor cash and e-value availability at agents in coordination with liquidity and quality assurance teams.
- Manage performance tracking of agents in relation to targets, providing reports on emerging issues and regional performance assessments.
- Facilitate the identification and closure of underperforming agents, including recovery of Wave assets.
