About the Role
The Regional Lobby Manager will report to the Head of Games Operations, overseeing the comprehensive management and optimization of gaming lobbies across our LATAM markets, with a special emphasis on Brazil and Mexico.
This role is pivotal in managing the sporty games lobby to ensure optimal game positioning, effective promotional strategies, robust supplier relationships, and detailed internal reporting. The Regional Lobby Manager significantly influences player experience and drives performance metrics across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the sporty games lobby across all primary LATAM markets (including Brazil and Mexico), ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and player preferences.
- Enhance visibility and accessibility of key games, promotional activities, and new launches within LATAM lobbies.
- Upload, schedule, and curate promotional banners and in-lobby content, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Configure and sustain game settings, limits, and parameters in compliance with product, commercial, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the regional liaison for supplier inquiries related to lobby management, promotions, and game releases.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams on testing, rollout of new features, and improvements in categorization and navigation.
- Optimize localization strategies across LATAM markets, ensuring culturally and linguistically relevant content and presentation.
- Employ a data-driven approach to assess lobby performance, player engagement, and promotional success, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Generate and disseminate clear internal feedback, performance updates, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making across teams.
- Manage escalations and operational inquiries related to games, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication.
- Coordinate and strategize new game releases across LATAM markets, focusing on sporty games.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all lobby content and configurations adhere to local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal studios and third-party suppliers on release plans to ensure seamless execution and substantial regional impact.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the online casino gaming sector, particularly in lobby management, game operations, or content optimization.
- Strong knowledge of the LATAM market, with an emphasis on Brazil; local market expertise is highly advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese.
- Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
