Your Role
The Customer Experience and Success team is pivotal to Dash0's success. As a Regional Manager, you will take charge of the technical customer engagement across the United States. This role encompasses the entire customer lifecycle—from initial engagement and proof of concept to commercial closure, onboarding, and sustained adoption—without any handovers between teams, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
This senior leadership position merges regional strategy with organizational growth and direct customer interaction. You will serve as the key technical liaison between the US field organization and Dash0's global Product and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Regional Leadership
- Develop and implement a Customer Experience and Success model for the US region, aligned with global sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate and fulfill team capacity needs across various segments and customer engagement strategies, optimizing resource distribution.
- Analyze performance metrics throughout the customer lifecycle—including technical win rates, proof-of-concept conversions, onboarding speed, customer adoption, and retention—to refine team deployment.
- Act as a mentor and guide for your team, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
