As a Regional Manager, you will spearhead Casavo's expansion into a new city. An entrepreneurial spirit is essential as you will be responsible for:
Launching and structuring the commercial activities in your area
Achieving initial sales and expanding the portfolio of mandates
Identifying and recruiting future real estate advisors for your team
Providing training, support, and coaching to your collaborators
Defining the local commercial strategy in collaboration with management
Ensuring the quality of customer service and maintaining Casavo's image in your sector
