We are excited to invite applications for the position of Regional Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to oversee operations in the northern region of the UK.
This role requires frequent travel to numerous stores in your designated area, so access to a personal vehicle and a valid driving license are essential.
The Regional Manager will operate the region as a distinct business unit, focusing on driving robust commercial performance, developing high-performing Area Managers, and ensuring the consistent application of brand, customer, and operational standards. This role translates corporate strategy into actionable regional plans and enhances leadership capabilities to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Performance
- Own and achieve regional sales targets.
- Analyze regional performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Address performance issues through targeted action plans.
- Ensure effective execution of promotions, initiatives, and trading priorities.
- People Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers.
- Foster a sales-driven culture across the region through commercial insights, strong leadership, and an unwavering focus on customer experience.
- Build a strong, accountable leadership structure throughout the region.
- Drive succession planning and talent development.
- Proactively address leadership, behavioral, or performance challenges.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and standards.
- Drive consistent execution across all stores in the region.
- Enhance efficiency and improve working methods.
- Monitor risk, governance, and compliance.
- Customer & Brand Delivery
- Champion high standards of customer experience.
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Maintain consistency of service and experience across all locations.
