Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with a preference for candidates who have led and directed teams.Proven field marketing experience within a multi-unit restaurant or retail setting.Exceptional people management skills, demonstrated by a history of successfully leading, coaching, and developing teams.Expertise in planning and negotiating sponsorships, including contract management and relationship building.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities effectively.Self-motivated, flexible, and energetic, complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.Willingness to travel up to 80% within the designated area, and must reside within the assigned area.Availability to work nonstandard hours as needed.

As the Regional Leader of Marketing (RLM) at Raising Cane's, you will be the marketing authority for your designated region, leading a team of Area Leaders of Marketing (ALMs). Your main responsibilities include guiding the marketing training and development of ALMs, ensuring they are well-versed in our brand standards, philosophies, and marketing processes. You will craft and implement marketing strategies that resonate throughout the region, including overseeing sponsorship negotiations and management.
This role is crucial to our Regional Business Unit (BU) team, requiring collaboration with team leaders to establish clear objectives and assist ALMs in developing marketing initiatives that align with these goals. The RLM will also ensure seamless communication with the BU team on all marketing efforts.
The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring physical stamina for tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. Interactions with customers are integral to the role, as is adaptability to varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
