In this role, you will spearhead regional marketing strategies tailored for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, enhancing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and bolstering revenue growth within key demographic segments.Your primary responsibilities will encompass:Creating, launching, and optimizing effective lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team.Overseeing and analyzing regional marketing budgets and campaign performance metrics.Conducting structured A/B testing to enhance conversion rates across advertisements, landing pages, and sales funnels.Producing compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, emails, landing pages, and case studies.Working closely with the Sales team to generate qualified leads and support account-based marketing strategies.Organizing and promoting webinars and industry events, both online and offline.Identifying partnership and sponsorship opportunities with industry media and associations.Taking ownership of regional performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and reporting on campaign efficacy.Marketing Channels:You will focus on a targeted set of high-impact channels designed to drive demand and generate qualified leads in the Spanish and Portuguese regions:Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) - to attract high-intent traffic and continually enhance ROI.Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) - to foster brand awareness and capture leads among key decision-makers.Landing Page & Conversion Optimization - to test, measure, and scale the most effective strategies.Email & CRM Automation - collaborating with our Lifecycle Marketing Team to nurture leads through smart segmentation and automated workflows.
