Your Impact:
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead one or more internal customer service teams. This operational leadership role requires extensive experience in customer service and team management. You will oversee a team of approximately 4-8 people managers, each responsible for managing 8-15 support agents. Your role will involve guiding and enhancing your team members' skills, showcasing top-tier coaching abilities and operational management expertise. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the capacity to balance real-time tasks with planned initiatives. Adaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment are key, as well as maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
