Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Partnerships Manager who will collaborate closely with Industry Partnerships Managers to enhance industry partnerships at the campus level. This position is key in establishing, nurturing, and maintaining employer relationships, ensuring students have access to premier career pathways.
By synchronizing industry partnership objectives with local campus initiatives, the Regional Partnerships Manager guarantees that employer programs, recruiting efforts, and talent development activities are executed seamlessly and are optimized for student success. Acting as the primary contact for regional and campus employer partners as well as campus stakeholders, this role translates strategic goals into actionable engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Partnership Lead
- Act as the main campus-level liaison for assigned Strategic and Growth employer partners, fostering strong relationships with regional recruiters, hiring managers, and industry representatives.
- Identify and cultivate revenue-generating opportunities with employer partners.
- Oversee the local implementation of industry employer partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with partnership objectives.
- Facilitate the development and sustainability of employer hiring pipelines within assigned campuses through structured engagement and coordinated recruiting activities.
