As our Regional Sales Director, you will spearhead the planning and execution of sales, marketing, and product development initiatives aimed at both existing and prospective markets, fulfilling the following responsibilities personally or through your team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Facilitates collaboration among company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to achieve account performance objectives and meet customer expectations.
- Develops and oversees sales and marketing budgets.
- Conducts market research and adapts marketing strategies to align with evolving market conditions and competition.
- Engages with key clients, supporting sales representatives in nurturing relationships and successfully closing deals.
- Sets sales objectives by forecasting and establishing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting anticipated volume for both existing and new facilities.
- Builds a competent sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Enhances professional and technical expertise by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, establishing networks, and participating in relevant professional societies.
- Analyzes sales performance against established programs, quotes, and plans to assess effectiveness.
- Formulates and recommends facility/modality positioning and pricing strategies to maximize long-term market share.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS:

Coordinates involvement of marketing specialists, implementation resources, service teams, and other sales and management resources as necessary.
