About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to spearhead growth in the Eastern or Central U.S. You will manage the entire sales process: identifying prospects, fostering relationships, conducting demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. This is an exciting chance to join a trailblazing company at its inception, developing your territory while shaping our collective sales approach.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing
- Build and oversee a healthy sales pipeline in your designated territory
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic account plans
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts and convert incoming leads
- Deliver engaging, customized presentations and product demonstrations
- Work alongside Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for alignment and insights
- Represent Harmonic at client meetings and industry events
- Contribute to the development of our sales playbook and best practices
