As a key player, you will lead, inspire, and motivate our front-line team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage channel relationships and develop new partnerships.
- Oversee primary and secondary sales management.
- Engage with a network of retailers, interior designers, and architects to drive business objectives.
- Implement demand generation activities to boost sales.
- Achieve significant sales growth across multiple product categories.
- Plan marketing strategies for product launches, focusing on customer attraction and branding.
- Conduct geographical analyses to identify and understand customer demographics.
- Ensure market hygiene and optimal retail management.
- Lead and train the sales team on new product launches.
- Drive both lead and lag indicators to ensure performance targets are met.
