Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and drive retail sales initiatives across East China.
Strategic Leadership:
- Establish and execute short, medium, and long-term objectives aligned with the overarching strategies for your designated region.
- Tailor customer strategies by translating general and cluster-specific approaches for each regional client.
- Channel Development: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential customers to foster future sales and repeat business.
- Channel Management: Guide dealers in implementing Bosch's sales strategies, management policies, and promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership:
- Lead the regional sales team through clear, structured policy deployment while supporting the professional growth of team members to maintain a motivated, skilled, and efficient workforce.
- Act as a mentor and role model for the regional sales personnel in channel development and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales-related topics requiring regional sales team support.
Self-Leadership:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region (dealers, end customers) to enhance customer loyalty and maximize share of wallet.
- Pursue customer-centric approaches and implement outstanding sales processes.
- Manage sales reporting, including regional and dealer business insights.
