YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE...
• Develop and maintain a robust B2B client portfolio, including corporations, major MICE agencies, and event management firms.
• Ensure continuous growth of your portfolio through targeted prospecting and the acquisition of new accounts.
• Contribute to the establishment and implementation of a MICE commercial strategy across your territory (annual PAC).
• Engage in active field presence: client visits, tours, commercial operations, and regional trade shows.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor market trends within your regions.
• Promote the MICE offerings of Barrière Hotels to key industry players in the region.
• Participate in B2B marketing initiatives and enhance the Barrière brand's visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, revenue, and operations teams of Barrière Hotels.
