The Regional Sales Trainer (RST) holds a pivotal in-field training role dedicated to enhancing the sales capabilities of the Skyrizi Dermatology team. This position involves designing and delivering comprehensive training solutions tailored to our regional sales organization. The RST is accountable for providing thorough training and support at both regional and national levels, encompassing field travel, coaching reports, live training sessions, sales meetings, and virtual interactions. The ultimate goal is to equip the sales team with the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to effectively promote our products and achieve sales targets.
In this role, the RST will play a crucial part in gathering valuable market insights regarding messaging, competition, and access for the Brand/Franchise. The RST will ensure that both Training and Brand Strategy are effectively integrated into all training programs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NSM, RSD, SD, AD Training, and Marketing, is essential for success. The role demands exceptional performance coaching, strategic alignment, and the application of training fundamentals to boost overall team performance. This position is remote and preferably located within the assigned regions.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with DM to ensure new hire training is effectively reinforced through advanced training and mentoring post-IFTC.
Develop and implement advanced training that enhances the effectiveness of sales representatives.
Conduct field visits with sales representatives to provide constructive feedback and coaching on key skills and knowledge areas.
Continuously enhance the skills of all representatives in a highly competitive and dynamic market.
Design and execute a training and marketing communication plan that assesses the strengths and gaps of field representatives, collaborating to enhance training efforts.
Create compliant advanced learning solutions that improve participant effectiveness.
Utilize existing Learning & Development platforms and content to ensure consistency and eliminate redundancy in training initiatives.
Foster transparent communication with key stakeholders to build positive relationships and ensure alignment.
