About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager with a robust personal network within the sales industry, developed through years of experience in hiring and placing talent. This role is crucial for attracting senior sales professionals with backgrounds in institutional, ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) interactions, prime brokerage, and family office environments, essential for fueling EXANTE’s growth narrative.
The ideal candidate will possess one of the following profiles: a former senior sales professional who has transitioned into recruitment while maintaining industry connections; a seasoned in-house Talent Acquisition leader at a prominent brokerage or bank with extensive knowledge of the senior sales landscape; or an independent recruiter with a strong enough personal network to thrive without agency backing. In every scenario, you are expected to know the market intimately, not just through job boards.
