Regional Training Manager (RTM)
The RTM holds a pivotal role in our mission. Acting as the primary support for new clinical team members, the RTM spearheads training initiatives, facilitates onboarding processes, and ensures clinicians are equipped for success from their first day. This position is perfect for a skilled clinician and mentor who is passionate about nurturing talent and upholding clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to evaluate and select candidates that resonate with FirstSteps’ mission and values.
- Conduct and oversee New Instructor Trainings, including in-person instruction, modeling, and skill development.
