We are in search of a seasoned Regional Vice President (RVP) to spearhead and expand our operations throughout the Central EMEA Region. This pivotal role entails cultivating and nurturing a high-performing sales organization, driving the adoption of ClickHouse Cloud and our open-source offering, and broadening our customer base across this dynamic region.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead revenue growth initiatives throughout the Central European region, overseeing the execution of our sales strategy.
- Recruit, mentor, and expand a team of Account Executives, establishing clear expectations for pipeline development, deal management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Identify, cultivate, and secure opportunities ranging from short-term Cloud contracts to long-term committed spending agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to provide cohesive and value-centric customer interactions.
- Promote ClickHouse’s vision, positioning, and innovative offerings throughout the customer and partner landscape, as well as within the broader regional ecosystem.
- Forge strong executive partnerships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
- Ensure meticulous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
