Your Role:
As the Regional Vice President - Michigan, you will have a significant impact on the operational, financial, and personnel performance of a multi-clinic region. Your role will involve translating company strategy into effective execution at the clinic level.
Lead a dedicated team while overseeing workflows, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our organizational financial objectives. This hands-on leadership position allows you to streamline processes, achieve measurable outcomes, and advocate for ethical, data-driven practices that enhance our service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance clinic performance through analysis of operational metrics, coaching Clinic Directors, and ensuring adherence to enterprise processes and standards.
- Drive regional financial and operational success by actively monitoring performance, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating on budgeting and forecasting.
- Strengthen leadership capabilities by mentoring and developing Clinic Directors, building a strong succession pipeline.
- Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and trust by maintaining close connections with field teams and swiftly addressing any performance or retention issues.
- Oversee regional workforce planning to ensure clinics are fully staffed, in partnership with HR for hiring and retention strategies.
