What You Will Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician at Kids First, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement tailored behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to designated clients.
- Ensuring a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
- Prioritizing client satisfaction by offering the highest standard of care and support.
- Documenting daily observations and collecting essential data to monitor client progress.
- Receiving both remote and in-person supervision from a BCBA to ensure adherence to effective ABA techniques.
- Finding joy in witnessing and contributing to the remarkable progress of your clients as they cultivate positive behaviors and acquire new skills.
