In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. This engaging work requires patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit, as you will be part of a team committed to helping children reach their fullest potential.
No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Please note, working with children can be physically demanding, requiring abilities such as standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
