In this vital role, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include employing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social interaction, and daily living skills while effectively managing and reducing challenging behaviors.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills, even if you are new to the field. Please note, the nature of working with children can be dynamic and requires physical activity; you should be comfortable with tasks that involve standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
