As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while addressing challenging behaviors.
We seek compassionate, enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to making a difference. While prior experience is not required, a passion for helping children is essential. You will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for this fulfilling role. Please note that the position involves physical activity including standing, walking, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
