Job Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement specialized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your contributions will be vital in empowering our clients to acquire essential skills and enhance their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute tailored ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Document and monitor client progress and behaviors through data collection.
Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skill evaluations.
Deliver 1:1 direct ABA therapy in clients’ homes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
Participate in team meetings and engage in continuous training and professional development.
Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Demonstrated compassion, patience, and dedication to improving clients' lives.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
