Job Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a pivotal role in implementing tailored treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing our clients' skills and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute individualized ABA treatment plans crafted by a BCBA.
Collect and document data reflecting client progress and behavior.
Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skill evaluations.
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in their home environments.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
Participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing training and development.
Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician or a Behavior Technician is strongly preferred.
At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
