About the job
Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children flourish and reach their full potential.
As a Behavior Technician, you will experience a dynamic work environment, requiring patience and teamwork. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills, so prior experience is not mandatory. However, you should be prepared to engage physically, as children can be active and unpredictable. You should be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you've made a positive difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. If you are ready to join a team that is committed to changing lives for the better, apply today to start your journey as a Behavior Technician with Centria Autism!
